Refund & Cancellation Policy

BalanceFlo AI (B2C - Individuals)

This policy applies to individuals purchasing BalanceFlo for personal use.

Access & Delivery

  • Access to BalanceFlo is provided immediately upon successful payment.
  • Delivery is considered complete once access credentials or download links are issued.

Cancellations

No cancellations are permitted.

Refunds

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • A duplicate payment was made
  • Access issues caused by us were not resolved within a reasonable time

Statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Singapore) are not affected.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products once accessed, downloaded, or activated
  • Promotional or discounted purchases

Refund Requests

Requests must be submitted to info@balanceflo.ai within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Governing Law

Laws of Singapore apply.

This policy applies to businesses and organisations purchasing BalanceFlo for commercial use.

Access & Delivery

  • Access is granted upon payment or as specified in the applicable agreement.
  • Delivery is deemed complete once access credentials are issued.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are governed by the subscription agreement or contract.
  • Unless stated otherwise, cancellations take effect at the end of the billing term.
  • No prorated refunds for unused access.

Refunds

  • Fees are non-refundable by default.
  • Refunds are issued only if expressly stated in the written agreement and access was not delivered due to our fault.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Subscription fees
  • Setup, onboarding, configuration, or customisation fees
  • Add-ons, upgrades, or discounted pricing

Invoices & Payments

All invoices must be paid according to agreed terms.

Disputes

Disputes are resolved according to the contract.
