1. Eligibility & Account Use

You must be at least 12 years old to use the product. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and providing accurate information.

2. Licence & Permitted Use

The product is licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal (B2C) or internal business (B2B) use only. You may resell the product only if explicitly agreed in writing. You must not copy, reverse engineer, or use the product unlawfully.

3. AI Functionality & Limitations

The product uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning models. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or biased.

4. No Reliance on AI Outputs

AI outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs and decisions made using the product.

5. Customer Responsibility

The product is a decision-support tool. Business users are responsible for governance, review processes, and regulatory compliance.

6. Fees, Subscriptions & Payments

Access may require payment. Fees are billed in advance. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with the Company.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant the Company a licence to process it for service delivery.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the PDPA and, where applicable, GDPR.

11. Service Availability & Changes

Service availability is not guaranteed. Features, including AI functionality, may be modified or discontinued.

12. Disclaimers

The product and AI outputs are provided "as is" without warranties.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

14. Termination

Access may be terminated for breach. Relevant clauses survive termination.

15. Third-Party Services

The Company is not responsible for third-party services or content.

16. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated from time to time.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
